Thurber Apartments community is conveniently located for access to major roadways, yet off-the-path enough to provide a safe, friendly environment for residents of all ages. Our apartments offer amenities including air conditioning and heat, balconies/patios, and are pet friendly! Our community also features available parking, bike storage, and laundry accessibility.
All apartments are affordable, with monthly rates ranging from $775 to $1,000 per month. Our low application fee ($20) is payable online, for future resident's convenience. The initial deposit is one month equivalent, and is refundable after our maintenance team completes move-out inspections, based on the condition of the property.
Along with a robust technology suite to manage your rental experience, we provide additional services that keep our community safe and beautiful. Our primary focus is helping our residents and creating a stress-free experience while living with us.
